At Stein & Stein, Senior Partner William Stein has been involved with municipal legal issues since 1982, serving first as Village Attorney for Haverstraw and then as Town Attorney, a position he is currently serving.  He is also the attorney for the Joint Regional Sewer Board and Attorney for the South Nyack-Grandview Joint Police Board.  These positions have allowed him to become an expert in the field of Municipal Law.  Under his leadership, our firm assists large and small clients with all types of land use, zoning and planning issues.
